Who we are
This website is run by Gareth Crory Design, a product design and engineering studio in Belfast, Northern Ireland. For anything about your data, email design@garethcrory.com.
Enquiries
When you use the enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, company (if you give it), the topic you choose and your message.
We use these details only to reply to you and to discuss any project that follows. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Form submissions are processed and stored by our website host, Netlify, and delivered to us by email. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and any resulting work, then delete them. We never sell your details or use them for marketing lists.
Cookies & analytics
This site works without cookies. With your permission only, we use two analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it:
- Google Analytics (Google) – pages visited, how you arrived and roughly where you are. Sets cookies beginning

Neither is loaded until you click Accept. Your choice is saved in your browser so we don’t ask again. You can change it at any time: . If you withdraw consent, you can also clear existing cookies in your browser settings.
Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct, delete or stop using it. Email design@garethcrory.com and we’ll respond within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
